Founders and entrepreneurs
Who want to build with AI as part of their business, not as a toy.
Workshops, a bootcamp and one-on-one coaching for people who want to learn. Live, on your own work, with someone beside you. You leave with something of yours running, not with notes.
This is what a Monza Session feels like
You don't need to know how to code. You need the drive to build and something of your own to build on.
Who want to build with AI as part of their business, not as a toy.
And want to be the one who knows how inside their company.
Who want a shared start, with their own company's cases.
Tired of scattered tutorials that lead nowhere.
Start wherever you are. They all begin by getting to know you and all end with something of yours running.
An intensive afternoon, 2 to 6 p.m., with a one-hour one-on-one diagnosis beforehand. You stop reading about AI and put it to work right there.
You leave withYour first agent running and a thirty-day plan.
I want the afternoon →One live session a week, between theory and practice, an exercise on your own work and WhatsApp open for every question.
You leave withYour assistant running and a plan to keep going on your own.
See the program →Three months on your own work. We build it together, with your real projects, and you learn by doing. What works for you is then taken to your team.
You leave withYour day in order, your dashboard and everything documented in your name.
See how the three months work →For your leadership team: what AI is today, what changes in your industry and a workshop with your own company's cases. A diagnosis before starting and a report per person at the end.
You leave withYour company's use cases, prioritized, and a team that knows where to start.
Bring it to my company →Nothing is generic: every session, every exercise and every answer come from what you do.
A conversation about your work, your day and what takes most of your time. I build the sessions from that.
I explain the tool and we apply it right there, to your cases. Never with other people's examples.
After each session I leave you something to apply to your work, and we review it in the next one.
Every question and everything you need, without waiting for the next session.
This week's exercisePick the three tasks of your week that take up the most time.
You leave withYour tools ready and clarity on what each thing is for.
The program adapts to each group: the examples come from the initial conversation with each person.
Each month connects one part of your work and leaves something running. Tap a month to see what gets connected.
In pink, what gets connected that month.
Left runningYour workspace and your assistant.
What connects automatically depends on the access your tools allow. If there's only an export, the dashboard updates every week.
Left runningYour dashboard with the first project, ready to add the next.
Left runningEverything documented and in your name.
There's more than enough information about AI. What's missing is someone who tells you which of it works for you.

Founder & Creative Director · Monza Lab
I don't teach how to use AI. I teach how to work with it.
I'm an industrial engineer. At KPMG I led the adoption of artificial intelligence in large companies. Today I run AI workshops for companies and industry associations, and I have my own brands, Bavarian Econs and MonzaHaus, where I use every day what I teach. What you see in a session is what I build every week.
And the helmet? Monza comes from the racetrack: race cars, F1, speed. Lab, from laboratory. Together: a fast lab, because I iterate fast.

No. In every format you learn to set up assistants and automations without writing code, and you understand when code adds value without depending on it. You need judgment and the drive to build.
The afternoon is the way in: you leave with your first agent. The Bootcamp is depth: eight weeks building on your own work. Sessions 1:1 is for your role, three months one-on-one. And in-company is for taking it to a whole team. If you're not sure, write to me and I'll tell you where to start.
The afternoon and in-company are in person, in small groups. The Bootcamp and Sessions 1:1 are live by video call, with WhatsApp open between sessions.
That's the promise. In the afternoon you leave with your first agent and a thirty-day plan. In the Bootcamp and the 1:1 you end with something of yours running in your work. Never with notes.
Yes. What you invested in the afternoon is credited to the Bootcamp if you decide to join. It's designed so you move up without paying twice for the same thing.
That's what Monza Studio is for, for companies that want to see themselves growing with artificial intelligence: we build it with you and we run it.
The investment depends on the format and the size of the group. Write to me, I'll ask you two questions and confirm it on WhatsApp.
