A European DMC — an inbound tour operator with decades in the market — wanted to turn its local knowledge into a digital product. We designed and prototyped their AI-native travel platform: a conversational AI Trip Planner that builds the perfect trip — hotels, experiences, places only a local knows — over a catalog of 751 real, integrated experiences. The working prototype was built end-to-end: brand, product, data and intelligence, ready to validate with real users. And the model says as much as the product: milestone-based development with revenue share — we build the platform and win when the platform wins.
